I picked up the program for thirty dollars! I love the options on it! And Easy to use!

Well, I am impressed with everyone, I have not been brave enough to design my own label. That would require something called "patience" and funny thing... I'm fresh out! I just order mine from VistaPrint and call it a day.

But I do love your logos! So cute! You're makin' me want to look into this printmaster you speak of. But I'm afraid it'd force me to pull my few remaining hairs out.

I've been using Printmaser since the first version (good old Win 3.1 on a 386 system!), it's a great program, you can do some nice stuff with it. If you can find one of those "how to" laminated tri-fold cards about it at Staples I'd get one. Those cards are FANTASTIC for showing you what a program can do.

I just did a brochure swap on another forum, even though I'm not selling for another 6-8 months, it was good practice and I'm pretty happy with it. Honestly, I did the entire thing as one graphic in Photoshop LMAO then just inserted into Word so I could print. When I get ready to sell, I'm ordering them professionally done, but for this swap, I just printed at home for less than $10. Plus, I was too close to the deadline to order them done and shipped to me, then mailed back to the hostess Besides, I know I want to tweak these some more, but not too much so I only wanted to print what I needed.

So long as the layout proportions are correct, you can bring directly from Photoshop.

Oh yes, I know. But most people think they have to know a publishing program in order to design anything which obviously isn't true Plus, at least I knew to change my dpi from 72 to 300

At my old job, I used Photoshop for posters, brochures, etc. They were amazed because they had the program for years, but no one ever did anything with it except edit photos!
I have the Corel Photo Paint program on my home computer. Adobe Photoshop was too expensive and the Corel version does everything I need it to do, maybe not quite as easily as Adobe, but it was much easier on my wallet!
