I haven't soaped it yet but its on my to-do list because I liked it so well. Its from NG and their description seems pretty dead on OOB to me.

What are cupcake fizzes? Are they bath bombs in cupcake molds? Where can I find out how to do the cupcake frosting on the cupcake bombs

Yup! Cupcake bathbombs. I know soap queen has a recipe for the frosting! Someone just posted a thread about it as well under the bath n body forum. I'm on my tablet and can't paste it for some reason. The end product is wonderful!
