I'd love to decorate a palm tree

That being said, East Tennessee gets its fair share of snow, as long as its not a freakishly warm winter like this one was. Here at my town, the first 10 days or so of January are usually the coldest of the year (meaning highs are usually in the low 30s to mid-20s). Our highs for most of the winter, including that 10 day time frame, were in the 50s which is pretty unusual for our 2000 ft elevation at my town.

I love palm trees I watch NCIS: Los Angeles and I loved the first season's Christmas episode where they wheeled in a palm tree and Hetty threw a fit
