Teach Soap

I've had a tough time deciding on packaging that I like for my soaps, as I'm an MP-er and not a CP-er. MP is tricky because with most designs, you need to have a view of most of the bar. And of course, you also need something that's affordable... I'd love to do PVC boxes, but they're so expensive! So, I've been using scrapbook paper, cello bags and black and white computer-paper labels all modge-podged together. It comes out like this (sorry for the bad quality photo!)



I've ordered some blank labels from http://www.onlinelabels.com and I think I'll just start cellophane- or food-wrapping the soaps (fitted wrapping instead of loose in a bag) and labeling them shut. Geez, who knew the hardest part of soaping would be the label!

As a soapmaker and a scrapbooker, I really, really love your packaging and labels! My favorite is the footprints - you must have stamped it!

Very cute! I too scrapbook, and I love the vibe it gives! You may want to try setting your soaps in front of a low fan for a while, or leaving them in the air to "cure" for about a week, some people have luck with this reducing or negating the sweat all together.
