One intruder is dead and now I've heard that two others are in jail. Meanwhile, sorting through the mess is an ordeal in itself. And then I get a Realtor who wants to show the house. I busted butt to get it clean and the realtor was a no show. I hope this house sells soon -- at least I'll be further along!

How horrible! Please consider going to Walmart and buying some bear spray. If they don't have it in your area I will send you some. It sprays up to 30'. Not trying to be all freaky, just concerned for you.

I'm so sorry you are going through all this. I'm praying for your house to sell soon and for your life to get back to normal in a safer neighborhood. Please keep us posted on the progress in the capture of these horrible people.

This neighborhood has been safe until the past ten days. I didn't see the intruders, but heard them.

I welcome all prayers for this house to get sold. I want out of the city.

Thank you for the offers of bear/wasp spray; however, neither would have worked in this situation. My neighbor 2 blocks down simply shot one of them with a gun. That worked better than bear spray. I won't keep a gun with a small child around.

It'll be better soon . . . I hope.
