Cetawin I am so sorry that you had to go through any of that. But I am VERY glad they decided to make it right. Will have to be sure to weigh my decision on whether to use them or not. If I decide to I will make it something that is NOT a big deal just to see how it gets handled.

I've ordered quite a few things from WSP and have never had a problem. In fact, they actually called me on the phone one time to let me know that my order wouldn't be sent out until the next day because a shipment didn't arrive on schedule. I felt this went above and beyond, because they could have easily sent me an email, or not notified me at all and I wouldn't have known the difference. The only thing I don't care for is the $30 minimum order. Not that I ever order less than $30 worth of stuff... :roll:
