At my local Dollar Tree, they had these cute microwave dishes for "poached eggs". Has three muffin looking areas in each one. I bought some thinking that I could use them for my CP/HP soaping. However... I am not sure how I would get the soaps out of these as they are not flexible.. Before I do this, is there something I can spray inside that would ensure that the soaps will come out of them?

I would really like to use these.

Since they're not flexible I am guessing they are regular plastic. As long as you are pretty sure they will hold up to the heat from CP, then I don't see why you couldn't use them. As individual molds, I suggest swabbing it down with mineral oil (it does not saponify) so you can get the soap to release when it is ready. I prefer biting the bullet and buying silicone molds for my individual cavity molds - I think its because they generally last longer than the stiff plastic ones which seemed to always crack easily for me.

I have used vasiline to 'grease my molds' that are plastic. I do not have many of these but use them once in awhile.

I've never had an issue getting soap out of plastic molds myself. I do know that if you freeze them solid they SHOULD pop right out.
