Courtney is the rep I mentioned in the previous post that was fantastic. She was very skilled at handling my annoyance with being told by another rep that a box was delivered to me (that never was), and that BB did indeed charge me for the box of soap despite my claims that BB never did charge me. In the end, I was right, BB never did charge me for the soap I ordered, and the box was never delivered either.

I didn't contact Courtney personally about the $70 mold that was sent to me rather than the $12 mold I ordered. I emailed via the website email option.

I'm so sorry for the mistake on your last order! Tina got your email this morning and has already responded to you...we're just waiting to just hear back from you so we can get you the correct mold =)

Our boxes are packed by real people so sometimes they make mistakes! Nonetheless, I hate it when that happens. Just know that we're here to help and we can definitely fix the problem. We've already talked to the warehouse about the mistake in our daily meeting today, so it won't happen again (and thank you for bringing this to our attention)!
