Teach Soap

I realize alot of the vendors us soap makers deal with are working from their homes and are not big retailers like we are used to in our daily lives but I really got a lil upset when I found out something I ordered was out of stock.

I think if a vendor is small, out of stock notices should be listed on a website immediately, I didn't want to hear, I'll get my stuff when they get their stuff, maybe Friday

Agreed. Nothing on the website about being out of stock. Oh well, good thing we are such a tenacious bunch! Chin up & cheerios--or something like that.

this vendor also went up on their price for the product. i just don't like having my money float around and no product in hand.

Yeah, I hope you can work this out with them. I don't know who your vendor is, but money is tight enough these days. At least I got a PayPal credit. If I ever have that kind of an issue, I always call and speak to a supervisor. Good luck.

The word "cancellation" comes to mind.
