Hi folks, Id like to try making lip balm in very small ammounts for me to try and see if I like this enough to retail it with my CP. So Id like to put the flavor oils in by the drop. Any one have any idea how many drops per oz. to use? I see Ann Marie measure things out on her videos this way so I was hopeing one of you could help me out.

Usage rate for flavor oils is between 1 and 5% depending on the manufacturer guidelines.

This equals out to about .16 oz to .8 oz. of flavor oil per pound of lip balm.

Supposedly, there are 600 drops in an ounce. This would equal out to about 96 drops to 480 drops per 16 ounces of lip balm.

In 4 oz, this would be 24 to 120 drops.

Now, what Im working with is your Passionfruit Rose. How much should I use per oz. of lip balm?
