I have been invited to do a swap with the members of my Etsy Street Team (Norga Etsy team)
and the theme is from the generation of the person you are swapping with.

Well I got the 80's and I'm not sure what to do with it. I do know I want to make a whole set of stuff - lotion, scrub, soap, body spray, candle, etc. A Spa basket.

Any ideas? Any 80's babies out there - I know Big Hair, Neon Colors and lots of layers - but not coming up with anything great for the scent or packaging that would reflect 80's.

I'm a 70's girl, so I'm not real in touch with the eighties

I'm thinking peach and green, blue eye shadow, sparkly makeup, Polo cologne, pink dress shirts and skinny ties, slouchy socks worn OVER your Guess jeans, and Benetton sweaters. How you make that into soap and body care, I'm not sure! Can't wait to see what you come up with.

Thanks for the help, my brain is buzzing - I will have to let you know what I decide to do. Might just try to do some retro packaging - maybe leg warmers over the bottles

dont forget skinny ties and ties with keyboards on them, hair bandanas, lots of bangley jewelry, etc, big hair bands (think white snake, cindarella, ) girls wearing fedora type hats. i could go on. but. i'll spare yas.. :lol:
