Well, it was bound to happen... I have a fabulous (lol, yes, to me!) brand name, and now someone else is using it.
So today, we sent out our very first Cease and Desist letter. Scary, but exciting. It really ticked me off to see someone taking advantage of a name that I own - the legally Registered US Trademark.
What really bugs me, though, is how LAZY someone is, who doesn't even bother to do a 10 second online search of the USPTO database. They would have seen my trademark there, and saved both of us a lot of bother.
Maybe they will agree to shut up and go away. Or maybe you'll be reading about my lawsuit in the coming weeks
