After 2 failed lye pocket coconut milk batches I am going to attempt this again only this time using CM powder. My question is can you add the milk powder to the lye water after the lye has disolved? Just wanting to make sure all of it get disolved.

I would hold back a small amount of water (from your lye water) and dissolve the milk in that. Add it when the oils and lye water have been mixed, but before trace.
