What do you guys do for storage?
I've decided to start up a big fridge/freezer that has been standing by. Recently the humidity with all the rain passed 80% and the soap began to sweat. So, I think we'll store the cut soap (post cure?) in the refri at a temp of say 5C, that should keep it fresh and minimise the pollution of the environment by all the FO being given off.
I'm hoping to maintain a more consistent quality.

Well, I use boxes of the same size that hold exactly one of my batches of soap. I save the little silicone packets I get in various things, and I put them in the boxes. Then I store the boxes in the closet. So far, so good. But then, I live in Las Vegas and we only get a few inches of rain each year.

Good tip, thanks. I'm thinking of keeping them outside for say 5 weeks to cure then refrigerating.

I also keep mine in boxes with lids.

I have lot of soaps. They are stored on 4 baker's racks.

I got a bun rack, but haven't put it together yet. It holds 40 half sheet trays, although I'm not sure if the spaces between will be big enough to use every rack. Meanwhile, I use the shelves in the 3rd bedroom closet (I have about 600 bars of soap so far).

I would not refrigerate the soaps. I would box them. Maybe even put silicone packets in the boxes.

Or get a dehumidifier for the room where you are storing your soap. 8)

If you have a sealed environment like a refrigerator, that's wonderful! The only humidity in it will be what you bring in, in the form of your soaps. However... that moisture in the soap has to go somewhere. It might partly come out of the soap, but it'll still be in the air. You might get a little dew on your soaps, or the soap might just stay moist and therefore soft.

To take down the humidity level, I highly recommend DampRid products.. When my basement flooded, the landlord sent over a worker with a steam cleaner to suck the carpets dry, but of course there's only so much that can accomplish. I put two of the DampRid 64oz Hi-Capacity Moisture Absorber (the 3rd one in the top row, in that link) in each room (office, den, bathroom) and one DampRid 42 oz. Hanging Moisture Absorber Fresh Scent (2nd on the top row) in each closet. I checked them about once a week, replaced them whenever they were full (about once each), and in one month I had a basement so dry, it was like the flood never happened.

One of those little buckets or hanging thingies should take care of an entire soap drying time, and it'll help it go just a little bit faster, too.
