I made a lovely pink soap, and of course being impatient, used some. After I made Pete zap test it. I cut a little sliver off to use. Its been curing several weeks. The color is running out, it looked like a murder happen in the shower :twisted:

Should I just scrap this batch. Is this normal with added color? It was Bramble Lab color?
The soap was nice, lathered very well, and left a nice clean. I almost hate to trash it. But I wasn't thrilled with the water running off me hot PINK

Sounds like you used too much color. If you were trying to get red, that one is hard to achieve without bleeding.

I wanted a nice pink, and I did achieve the shade I was aiming for. Is there anyway to save it. Will it run less with more of a cure? Or should I just call it a loss. Thankfully it wasn't a very big batch.

If your family doesn't mind the bleeding, go ahead and use it. Otherwise, just toss it and start anew.
