Teach Soap

We have a couple of friends who have eczema and psoriasis. Does anyone have any recipes or ideas on what might help them? Thanks

My son has eczema, I have made an unscented cp with fine ground oatmeal

Unscented, uncolored, pure castile soap with a long cure time.

I know the voices in my head aren't real, but they sure have some great ideas!

I have had lots of luck with 70 % olive, 10 % coconut, 10% sweet almond, 5% coca butter, 5% shea butter - and oatmeal and honey added. Some people say that the almond oil isn't really necessary, so you could cut that out and add it to your olive oil percentage. I have two "customers" greatly in need of this kind of soap - a standing 4 lb order!

I developed a small heat rash two weeks ago. I usually have a different kind of soap in my shower, but the witch hazel wash was not helping the rash. So I used this soap once a day directly on the rash, and in a week it stopped itching, dried up and is all healed and my skin is nice and soft again.

It really works for me.

Plain 'ole castile is good or one with neem oil is also excellent. If you're brave (which I'm not) a pine tar soap is great for psoriasis.
