Does anyone know whats involved with a tear free soap recipe? I would assume it can't be done in CP but would have to be liquid soap, correct!

I don't know of any solid soap that would be tear free since the pH is high. Synthetic liquid soap could be done this way as the pH can be adjusted lower. Handmade liquid soap's emulsion would break down if you try to adjust to a lower pH.

It would need to be a synthetic and pH matched, I guess probably pH = 6.5 (skin prefers pH 5.9 but eyes I think more neutral)
However that's not the whole story. Even if the pH is neutral, you would have to use a non-irritant surfactant, which means the green ones such as Plantapon.
