Teach Soap

Edited Aug 16 - I just posted the recipe for the soap on my blog and a picture tutorial too, thanks again everyone for your help in designing this soap!


I hope this is okay to post here, I was hoping to get as much input as possible!

I had the idea that I would like to make a luxurious soap to give away as Christmas gifts this year, but I've had so much trouble deciding which ingredients would be nice in a luxury soap! I thought it would be fun to have people vote on the ingredients, so I've set up a poll on my blog listing all the ingredients I am considering. If you would take the time to vote (my blog is listed in my signature), I would really appreciate it! Thanks in advance for your help, it so interesting to see which ingredients are leading!

You need to go by the whole recipe, not just individual oils. If you only use soft oils, you will get soft soap.

Sorry Irena, I should have explained that I was planning on using basic soaping oils (olive, palm, coconut, etc) and work in the other oils.
