Teach Soap

I live in Texas, and I've started thinking about mailing some soap... What is the best way so it doesn't get to its destination in a puddle? Any and all advice welcome!!!

CP soap won't melt, will it???? I assumed it wouldn't, as we've been outside at farmers markets for 6+ hours in high heat and didn't notice any problems. Shea butter and bath salts.....whole nother story.....

CP won't melt like MP does. I've had mine sitting in the sun at the Farmer's Market and it's been fine. I mail either in a flat rate box or in a padded envelope depending on how much I'm sending.

I ship fully cured soap in padded envelopes with no problems.

If it's fully cured, line a flat-rate or similar mailing box with bubble wrap, then stack the soap in it as tightly as you can get it to fit. Put another sheet of bubble wrap on top, seal, and voilà. It won't break unless it's a very, very brittle soap indeed. It won't dent unless it's very soft, but if it is, just put an extra layer of bubble wrap around the batch.
