i would like to design my own labels. does anyone know of a website that offers this? free would be nice too.

You can design your own in PrintShop or PhotoShop, but they're not free.

If you buy your labels from onlinelabels.com, they provide a free utility to design them. Buying the labels buys access to it for a certain amount of time.
