What is glycerin soap. I've had some customers ask about it. How different from cold process is it?

They're most likely talking about melt and pour soap.

Glycerin soap is usually a base that yopu purchase. It is remeltable. Cold process soap is made from scratch at home, where you choose the ingredients that go into it. It is not easily remeltable.
