Soap does not need to be milled (or rebatched), unless you are adding extra ingredients after.
The longer a castille soap cures, the harder and milder it will become.

I didn't rebatch my castile, however, it was pretty darn sticky and soft for atleast a week (?). For time's sake, you may want to add some coconut oil. I just finished a newer batch that I added some beeswax to and that seemed to work out pretty well.

You can add coconut oil but if it exceeds 35 to 40 % the soap will be a little drying on the skin. It will boost lather and make the soaps white(r) in color. Olive oil takes a long time to trace and even longer to harden. I let mine cure for about 6 weeks to 2 months before using. The older they get the milder and harder they become. I made some about 3 years ago and still have them laying around. They are so hard that they can be used as projectiles....and also very mild. The fragrance has diminished but still very nice soaps.
