I've had a few people ask me which of my soaps was a good facial soap. I wasn't sure how to respond.....I've always pretty much used the same soap for face and body. What specifically are they looking for when they ask about a facial soap? Most of my soaps all have the same base recipe (olive, coconut, palm, shea butter, and castor).

I have super sensitive skin on my face. While I can use pretty much any soap I make on my body, I only use 100% plain goats milk on my face. Unscented, uncoloured.

I don't have sensitive skin, but as I'm starting to have more *mature* skin, I only use unscented goat's milk castille as a facial soap. 8)

This is a facial soap and it doesn't have to be plain. Just yesterday someone picked up a bar and asked me " ummm what is this fragrance"? No fragrance it is pure unadulterated facial soap.

I think that is the number one question I was always asked as well, so I started making charcoal soaps with a bit of lavender and tea tree EO's, and also plain unfragranced with finely ground oatmeal and honey. I've still yet to make any goat's milk or castile, though I did freeze some gm a couple days ago. Ready to give it a go!
