You should melt and thoroughly mix your palm oil. If you have a huge container melt it, mix it and separate it into small use sized containers. If it is smaller then you need to melt and mix it each time you use it. The stearic acid in palm oil is heavy and tends to sink, if you don't mix it in each time your soaps will progressively get more and more stearic heavy. You'll end up with little white bits in your soap! I have the BB melt bag palm, I melt the entire bag each time, shake the beegeebers out of it, measure what I need, and let the rest re-solidify. When I had a small bucket of palm I did the same, only I stirred (shaking a bucket could get messy! Especially with me doing it hehe). Hope this helps!
