I've just made a batch of CP with french green clay. I added the clay to the warm oils and stick blended but the clay didnt break up, so i added the lye thinking this would disperse the clay but its still clumpy. It's in the mold now and looks speckled which i dont mind but will the soap be OK when i come to use it?

Yes, the soap will be ok. Next time prehydrate your clay in a small amount of water.

I put dry clay in the warm oils and it takes some time to get it incorporated. I just keep stirring and blending till there are no more lumps. But sounds like maybe you had a happy accident...could be cool to have some little pieces of clay in the soap!
