If I grated some plain castile soap (1year cured) in a crock pot and then added EO, (citrus) would that mean the aroma would stay in the soap? If the soap has already saponified then would this mean I would not need to use as much EO. Or would this not work at all?

Due to the low flash point of orange oil, it would fade away as well.

I'm more intrigued in the being able to grate 1 yr old castile. After 6 months mine is hard as a very hard rock. Just be careful you don't cut yourself.
