Teach Soap

I was thinking it would be nice if we did a soap challenge of some sort. Like a theme. I've read about this type of thing on other forums and thought it would be nice to do here too. I can't offer any sort of a prize or anything, it would just be something fun! Anyone else up for it? Or have ideas?

Well, for V-Day, I was looking for a "romance" look and smell, but without rose (too expensive for us natural types), it's tough. I think I want to revisit a rose scented soap, though. So my personal challenge is to make a mother's day rose or rose-like scented soap without the $100 an ounce (or whatever it is) rose EO. Something good looking, maybe a facial bar, pink (natch!), no FOs.

I know the voices in my head aren't real, but they sure have some great ideas!

I just started to work on my mothers day soap today! But sad to say it cannot be rose... not one of my mom's favorite although she does grow some amazing ones! I will still post as I am excited about my idea.

I think we should let everyone interpret "mother's day" as they like. Rose is not obligatory!

When's your mother's day? Ours isn't until May. I'm concentrating on Easter first

May. Easter is too close for me to do CP for it. I like a 6 week cure hehe I'm doing cupcakes (the food kind!) for easter I think, dunno yet, that's the weekend I move to NJ!
