Are you wanting to use Glutathione as a skin whitening or skin bleaching agent? Glutathione is oxygen reactive and sensitive to high pH, which is what lye in CP soap is. The whitening soap that you see in places like Japan is made as a syndet bar as it is made with a lower pH. Glutathione in CP soap would loose it's potency and oxidize.

You can use papaya in small amount like less then 1%. Anything higher then that and you neutralize some of your lye. This could make your soap very superfated and possibly very soft.

Milk in soap is fine. So is honey. Vittamin E will get eaten up by lye. There is no need to add it.

I saw this formulate on the web. i dont know if how would this be. It is really my obsession to really do a skin whitening soap because this is soap which is salable here in asian countries... particularly Philippines.

60 ml titanium dioxide
60 ml sodium silicate
3 ml anti-bacterial liquid
3 ml preservative (phenoxy ethanol)
60 ml moisturizer (castor oil)
60 ml cocodiethanolamide (CDEA)
60 ml kamias extract (Averrhoa bilimbi)
3.2 Liters lye solution (caustic soda)
60 ml evaporated milk
6 kg coconut oil (cooking oil)
12 pcs glutathione capsules
100 ml fragrance
60 ml apple extract
4 Liters distilled water

I would check with rules and regulations office in your country. In the US this would be considered an over the counter drug. This recipe is not something that someone could just whip up in their kitchen at home. It is also a very large recipe. Just alone 6 kg. of coconut oil is 13.2 pounds. Cocodiethanolamide is a lab made surfactant. Are all these ingredients available to you for purchase?

If you haven't made soap before, I suggest that you take a look at Kathy Miller soap site for recipe to start with. http://www.millersoap.com/#Soap Contents
