Teach Soap

I thought it would come in a tub. Not a 16 oz bottle. How do I get it out??

BWT...I'm new to posting here & at soap crafting. Just got a bunch of new goodies in the mail and ready to roll. Thanks for all the inspiration you gals & guys have unknowingly given to me over the months.

Is it from BrambleBerry's? Those are the microwaveable bottles.

With all Palm Oil you need to melt it down first. There's lots of info about that on the forum.

Welcome! Just heat it up in the microwave or in a double boiler until it's melted and then make sure it's mixed well before pouring. Palm oil has stearic acid that can settle as it cools and re-solidifies so it needs to be melted before each use. Otherwise it can cause you to have soap on a stick!

Yup. You have to in order to get all the stearic acid from the bottom and mixed back in You're best bet is to melt it all down and divide it up into smaller containers.

Quick question..... Thanks to these threads I have learned to melt the palm oil in the bucket and mix before using But I am curious as to why some soap suppliers sell Palm Flakes....does this mean I would not have to melt the entire bucket of flakes and mix prior to use?
