Like another poster said, you can boil it off. Keep in mind most rums are 40% alcohol.
I've made rum before (don't ask), a spiced rum is usually made with brown sugar as a fermentable or a combination of molasses/brown sugar. After distillation, the rum usually goes into white oak barrels for aging. Why do I bring this up? Well, you could instead use the sugars and maybe if you *want* to include oakness I'm sure there's a way of doing it. To sum up a basic spicy rum recipe in terms of sugars used, its 10 parts brown sugar to 1 part molasses or 1 part honey (or 1/2 part honey 1/2 part molasses).
I don't know a lot about using sugars though in soap making, so someone would have to chime in with that particular.
I'd personally take the rum, mix it with some coke, add some ice and enjoy it.
