Teach Soap

hi all my names Denise ive posted my first few trys in the show your cp creations( i think thats what its called cant remember)
anyway im new to cold process soaping and yesterday afternoon did my 5th batch. ive used a different recipe for each new batch of soaping the hope after they all cure ill find one that i really like anyway this last batch i tied putting some lard in
it is still very soft this morning i tried not to let it got to gel by popping it in the fridge after pouring i just about managed to cut it up this morning and im hoping its going to dry out eventually
ive used the soapcacl for all my recipes
would one of you experienced ladies mind taking a look at my recipe for me?

olive oil.........400g...... 40%
caster oil.......150g.......15%
coconut oil....250g........25%
shea butter...100g.......10%
Lard..............100g.......10%

additions..... small piece of pure silk which i added to the lye water
plus i added a teaspoon of sugar ( after reading it gives more bubbles to the soap)
1tsp clay to the oils
1tsp titanium dioxide to the oils

seems to be hardening up a little bit since ive cut it up

CP is all about patience!
Sometimes it does take longer for a recipe to harden than other times. I use lard in most of my soap, but at 30-40% and it usually hardens pretty quickly.

I know the voices in my head aren't real, but they sure have some great ideas!

You have 15% of castor in there. That's why it's soft. Castor is a soft oil. I don't go above 5% in mine.

oh so the caster oil was the culprit lol
if i ty this recioe again i will leave it at least 48 hours before unmolding
its drying out now and lost its stickyness im hoping it will harden up
by the end of the cure time

Give it a nice long cure and it should harden up.
