Teach Soap

I would love to know more about the laws and regulations for selling soap in the countries in Eu.

Is it the same everywhere?
For instance here in sweden we have to register our product at the FDA. The cost is about
£210 for registration and then £30 for every product or scent of soap, you are allowed to
try a scent för 30 days without paying the £30. This cost is annual and it doesn´t matter
if you make one or 1 million soaps.

The FDA does not want your recipe and they do not want to have a sample from your soaps.
It´s just a permit to sell tem and the manufacturer is responsible for that the soap is made with the
ingrediensts you say and that it´s made with good hygienic standards.
