boy, things are not going the way I want them to lately. I made this batch yesterday and took way too long messing around with the color (swirling gone wrong)...I ended up glopping it into the pvc mold. When I took it out, there are yellow areas on the outside. I cut off a few bars and didn't see any yellow on the inside...it's all on the outside. What are the yellow areas and can it be saved? No zap either, btw.

Was the color you added yellow? Sometimes the middle can be a different color and usually will all turn the same color after cut and sitting for a few days/weeks.

If it doesn't zap, I would think it's ok. For round molds, it's better if you pour at a thinner trace (or use a whisk instead of a stick blender).

actually the colorant is aqua pearl mica from BB...it was too thick when I added it to the uncolored part, so I took a whisk and mixed everything together into one solid color. Can I rebatch it to get rid of the yellow then? I would like to save this batch! If so, would I just melt it down in the crock pot?

Yes, you can rebatch in a crock pot. Be aware that if you use a long, round PVC mold, it will be harder not to get air pockets since the soap will be the consistency of mashed potatoes.
