cold process soap hands feel tight after washing?

I used my first cp soap that I made 2 week ago and well I did check the ph and it's about 9 and I did the tong test and nothing, but when I use the soap to wash my hand they feel tight not dry but kinda weird, does anybody know what I am talking about ?

this is my recipe

Castor Oil 90.00g 10.0%
Coconut Oil (Fractioned) 270.00g 30.0%
Olive Oil 270.00g 30.0%
Palm Oil 270.00g 30.0%
7% Lye (Sodium Hydroxide) Amount 139.360g
Grams of liquid recommended 297.00g
Yields 1336.36g

can the soap change if I cure it for longer or will it still be this drying? :/

I find that coconut over 20% in a recipe is drying to my skin. According to my calc 139.75 gms. is more like 8% superfat and 225 to 338 milliliters of liquid is needed. Did the soap gel?

I alway change recipes to decrease the coconut oil it makes my skin dry too.

I use 30% coconut in one of my recipes and found that if I superfat at 7% I don't have a problem with it being drying. Maybe if you keep the coconut at 30% but superfat at 8% it would be better for you since castor is so expensive?
