I ran this recipe through the soapcalc.net calculator and got these values:

Castor Oil (9%) 2.88 oz
Olive Oil (91%) 29.12 oz
Water 12.16 oz
Lye 3.969

Then, I ran this recipe again but with pomace grade olive oil:

Castor Oil (9%) 2.88 oz
Olive Oil Pomace (91%) 29.12 oz
Water 12.16 oz
Lye 4.059 oz

Why did the lye values jump up by just changing the grade of olive oil?

The fatty acid composition of the two olive oils are different -- if you're using SoapCalc, check out their acid percentages on the left. It looks like the main difference is lineolic acid. The two types of oil have very slightly different SAP numbers, too, and that will change the amount of lye calculated for the soap as a whole, especially since olive oil makes up so much of your recipe. :)
