What is the best way to keep your oils and butters? I currently have mine in a kitchen cupboard - but should they be in the fridge instead?

I keep the more fragile oils in the fridge. I also have my large chunk of mango butter there. My coconut and other basic soapmaking oils come in 50 lb. buckets, so they wouldn't fit in there.

Thanks!

And i have to melt down my palm oil completely before I use it for the first time right? That's what it said on soapqueen TV. LOL That it wouldn't mix right or something if I didn't?

Yes, you need to melt & mix your palm oil before every use, unless you have the homogenized kind. If you don't the stearic acid won't be mixed in properly and you could end up with "soap on a stick".

I keep everything, including butters, in a cabinet indoors. They wont fit in my fridge!
