I tried using corrugated plastic several times but found my soap stuck to the sides and bottom. I wasn't happy with the result but I must add my soap was soft when I removed it and had I left it longer may have had better results.

The plastic doesn't look that smooth. I can see how the soap might get stuck. If I have to line my molds, I use a heavy duty trash bag, which I can reuse.
