So I tried my hand in HP the other day and not exactly thrilled with how my soap turned out. The fragrance didn’t come through and the soap has a distinct waxy smell! So I plan on hand-milling it to try and improve it. Can I just shred it and put it in the crock pot since its fresh or does it need a liquid?

You may need to add a small amount of liquid. I would try melting it first and only adding liquid if you need it and then only about a tablespoon at a time. Good luck! :P

If the soap is fresh, you should not need extra water. If the soap is older, small amount of water is helpful.
