What is a good recipe to use for a beginner?

I've made 1 batch of HP soap using 6 oz each of canola, olive, and coconut oil and it is still pretty soft almost a week out. It seems to "work" alright, but it was really a trial run. I have olive, coconut, canola, sweet almond, avocado, and jojoba oil on hand.

Canola, sweet almond, avocado, and jojoba are all soft oils. Do you have any mango or shea butter, or perhaps some beeswax? How much did you superfat?

One of my favorite recipes is the shea butter soap that is given at the beginning of forum logon page.

I have about 2oz of beeswax as well from a lip balm that I made recently. I superfatted at 6%.

No shea butter yet... waiting for my Brambleberry order. :)
