Add everything up front. The lye is still very active at trace and it will take whatever it wants. There is no guarantee that any oil or butter you add at trace will end up as your superfat.
I would make a slurry with your goat's milk powder and a small amount of water. Add it to your cooled off oils right before you add your lye water. Some people do add this at trace. I find it makes no difference. Dissolve your honey powder in some water first, so it's not grainy. Add it at anytime. Powdered silk amino acids can be added to your lye water. It seems to make the soap more "silky". None of these are superfats. They are additions, but they are not calculated in a soap calc.
