Teach Soap

hi everyone!

i've recently purchased some BB luxury rebatch and would love to know the following:

1 - can you swirl rebatch?
2 - if so, would it be easier to swirl with more rebatch, or with MP?
3 - can you whip rebatch?
4 - can you make a salt bar out of rebatch, if so, how much salt can you add?
5 - can you add things ( like herbs and oils and embeds) to rebatch like you add them to MP?

i've tried CP once and I LOVE IT, but i live in a small condo and the ability to store lye safely is an issue, so rebatch, here i come.

Rebatch would be hard to swirl as it will never be as fluid as when it was first made. You can do blobs of different colors if you like.
You can whip rebatch, but it will be slightly lumpy.
You can make a salt bar. For each lb. of soap, add 8 ozs. of salt.
You can add herbs, oils (just a little bit). It would be hard to add embeds, since rebatched soap is lumpy.

Why don't you try to rebatch a smaller amount so you can see what it's like without any additives?

since the holiday season is almost over, and i've no new shows after the 15th, i'm sooo looking forward to experimenting.

i think lumpy kinda gives it a rustic / primitive type look. it's def workable, and i'm def up for a chanllenge!!.

ooo. 'nother question about rebatch - multi color layers... do you just glop them on top of one another and not worry about it, or do you spray alcohol first like MP for stickage?
