I used stearic acid for the first time in my CP soap. I thought the acid would easily dissolve in my already dissolved oils. By the time I realized it wouldn't dissolve, it was too late, since the lye had already been mixed in. Now I have soap with what looks like stearic acid speckles. Is this soap okay to use? Thanks for your time!

Stearic has a higher melt point. It's always a good idea to melt it along with the rest of your oils. Depending how much you used and how much your soap was superfatted, I would try to rebatch.

Thank you for your quick reply. Sorry it took so long for me to respond back. I am disappointed because the soap turned out so nice. Oh well. It's always a learning experience. :)
