When I run my oils through a lye calculator it will tell me how much lye to use with say something like 12-18 of water. If I already know I am going to add 2.5 ounces of fragrance and a couple ounces of diluted Lab Colors would I deduct those weights from the water that I add the lye to?

Fragrance and color doesn't get calculated in your lye calc. Don't deduct that weight from your water.
