I am very new to making soap, so bare with me please. I'm not sure how long you are supposed to leave soap in the mold before trying to remove them. My soaps have all been pretty soft 12-24 hours later. Plus I think that my molds aren't good for this use (they are silicone mini loaf pans from wilton). Any info would be great!

If they gelled and the soap is soft after 24 hours, sounds like you need to change your recipe and add some harder oils or butters into your mix.
