Teach Soap

I bought a mold at BB and it's for making soap balls. I tried making some but it was a big mess!!! I made the soap and then I tried to put it in the hole on top with a pipette,but didn't work. When they were ready I took them out and pieces were missing from the ball and there were bubbles in them. Can someone please explain to me how to make the soap balls?

If this is for CP, it's easier if you make the soap & let it gel. Then chunk it or shred it and make soap balls out of that.

No, this is Melt and Pour soap. I tried it with a pipette and at first when the soap was warm I was able to inject it in the mold,but when the soap started to get hard it was impossible. Then I tried to put it in with the measuring cup that has a spout,but that didn't work either. The hole is too small.
