Where can I buy 8 1/2 x 11 craft paper?

I just get it at the local craft shop. Michael's and A.C. Moore are the local places in my area. Unless you're looking for something very specific?

If you're willing to put a little more time into making the bands, you can save a significant amount of money on kraft paper. In the paint department of Lowe's they sell kraft paper to protect the floors during painting in giant rolls for $10. I just cut it down to 8.5x11 size and run it through my printer. The paper is a bit thicker than normal kraft paper which I also like.

Like I said, it takes a few extra minutes to cut it to size, but I don't find that it's a big deal (I also don't make tons of soap, though).

Hi, There are alot of choices out there for you... any craft store, walmart, target have the paper you need. Just look for the scrapbooking section and you will have found a gold mine. There are different weights... regular to cardstock (think of a birthday card thickness). Watch for sales... they happen all of the time. I signed up at archivers and get a coupon for 5 free sheets nearly every 3 months. Have fun!

Unfortunately, I couldn't find it at Walmart and Michaels, and I'm not very good at cutting larger pieces neatly, so I ordered some from paperandmore.com. Thanks for the suggestion.
