I am looking for a recipe to make "Car/Vehicle Soap". It must clean well but not dull the finish. Anyone have idea where to look or do you have a recipe that you would share?

The PH of handmade soap is in the 9 PH range. If your car has a special finish, I would go with a commercial cleaner that's specifically made for cars instead. Handmade soap "could" dull the finish.

*SIGH* I remember when you could wash your car ... those were the days! We've been in drought/water restrictions for so long now I can't remember when the last time was I hand-washed my car in the yard!!
