SEARCH secure packaging for postal service

I have yet to do a search and have it produce any links. It must be me, once in a while I get too broad a subject, mostly I get nothing, must be operator error.

So another question another topic! For mailing purposes USPS, (not UPS or FED Ex) how do you package your products to ensure they arrive in one piece, looking nice?

How do you package 2 bars of soap?

How would you package 4 bars of soap?

How would you package 6 bars of soap for the postal service?

How do you package 1 loaf of soap?




There is a perferated recycled paper that looks interesting, but I'm not sure it is as

I work for the postal service and I shipped 5 bars of soap to my Aunt in Michigan in the worst heat of last summer to see how it arrived. I used a regular box I recycled from supplies from BB. I wrapped the soap in bubble wrap . And it arrived fine. I did right fragle on the box . If your shipping alot of soap you might want to use the one price boxes rather than paying by weight.

I normally package my soaps in soap boxes for my web orders. These go into another box depending which way they are shipped. If it's just one or two bars, I use a padded envelope. If it's more, I use USPS Priority boxes that I get delivered to my address for free.

Flat rate box or flat rate envelope, depending on the quantity. Sometimes I can use the small flat-rate box and I go with that over the envelope. Just a couple soaps, I bubble wrap and then polybag it.
