OK so I tested the Lemon HP batch I made 2 weeks ago and I'm itching like crazy even had an eczema fair. My hubby uses it with no problem. I checked the PH and its 7.2 so i know it's not lye heavy. The base for the recipe is the same one I always use ( for the last 2 years) so I'm wondering could I be allergic to Lemon Essential oil?

What's your take? Is there any other testing i can do to it? I want to make sure it's not the soap since this batch is going to be for sale in December.

It does sound like you might be allergic to the Lemon EO. Have you tried using the Lemon EO in something else to see if you get a reaction to it?
