hmmm... Sorry.I'm new to this board and also a new soap maker and I just want to start a little business but I'm on learning how to make it perfectly and
I have a problem with color and the smell of my soap, the oil I selected was Olive oil, Rice bran oil,Coconut oil and Crisco
and the problem I found was the color of the oil was clear yellow so I wonder if I want blue soap will I get a green soap instead??
or the soap will just appear the color what I added..... and also the scent was all mixed up with my fragrance and smell awful.
I'm so please for your answer.
Thank you in advance

the color of the oils you use and the FO you pick will effect the final color of your soap. I've noticed a wide range of colors for olive oil. Anything with vanilla FO in it will turn some shade of brown. And you might not see the final color till the soap is a few weeks old .

The lighter the oils & butters, the lighter the recipe will be. I would read the Miller site and do some research here on the board. http://www.millersoap.com/soapallveg.html
